"We stayed at Portside Lodge as a family of 14, and our experience was wonderful. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They organized all our transfers and acted as intermediaries for our trips to Comino and Gozo, making the whole process seamless. ​The apartments are well-equipped. If you are a large group, I highly recommend renting the largest apartment, as it is great for hanging out together. The heated pool was a highligh, our children enjoyed swimming even in March. The hotel also features a game room with billiards and foosball, and you can even borrow board games. For those looking to stay active, there is a fitness center on-site. ​The location is excellent, situated close to shops, restaurants, and bus stations, all within a 2-minute walk. We were truly satisfied with our stay and highly recommend it!"

"1) Reception: Very helpful staff. Not just one person, entire team were very responsive and helpful. All the time cheerful staff. Customer oriented. Very rare to see such a service in Europe. 2) Facilities and usefulness of the apartment: They have rooftop swimming facility which was very clean and nicely arranged. They have Gym, games room. The apartment was practical and neat. Kitchen has most utensils. Has paid parking in the basement for reasonable price. Late check-out was possible with payment. 3) Location has many convenience stores, restaurants and supermarkets. Bus station is very near for people who want to use public transport."

"I liked most of it. One item for others to note is, the property is next to the main street and you will have noise from the vehicle during night. Few suggestions for improving the convenience of stay: basic kitchen staples can be provided like salt, sugar, oil,..."

"The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with air conditioning in every room. It was pleasant to sit on the balcony and relax. I liked that when the sofa was unfolded, it turned into a full-size bed with a proper mattress, not just an improvised sleeping arrangement. The rooftop pool and fitness center were a pleasant addition to our holiday. We also used the garage parking, which was very convenient. The location was excellent, with everything very close by."

"The bedrooms did not have a view outside, only into a small inner courtyard. When the window was open, you could hear the drains when water was running down from the apartments above us."

"Everything was wonderful. The service was wonderful, they helped me every time I needed it. My daughter left a blanket, and I was immediately notified, and it was waiting for us at the reception desk a few days later."

"The apartment was very clean and the staff helpful. We could do check in earlier because they sent a message when the apartment was ready which was great because we spent the whole night travelling. We could also leave our bags early in the morning on the day of arrival and longer on the day of departure. The kitchen is well equipped and they even left a big bottle of water in the fridge. We didn't mind the sign to leave the kitchen in a good condition and take out the garbage, because some people would probably leave a terrible mess without thinking about the cleaning crew. If we came to Malta again, we would probably stay there again."

"The view from the balcony was to the wall of another building, but we didn't mind. We had a quiet place for coffee. Maybe it would be good to put a small vacuum cleaner or maybe a broom because after 4 nights the floors were awful."

"Clean, spacious, well equiped apartment in an excellent location. The area is very convenient, with a bus stop just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. There’s a 24/7 shop nearby, which is incredibly useful for everyday needs. The promenade is also close, perfect for walks and relaxing by the water. Overall, a comfortable place to stay with everything you need right at your doorstep."
