"Onsite parking can be a bit of a problem because of the good quality on-site restaurant of the hotel. Would be great to be able to get some non dairy milk for coffee or tea."

"While traveling as a family of four with two small children, we usually look for buffet-style dining options. Our daughters are picky eaters, and satisfying their tastes can be challenging, even at home. Choosing something from a menu often ends up being a fiasco. At this amazing hotel, we experienced exceptional understanding in the restaurant. Since we couldn't read the menu in Albanian and didn't know what to order, the incredibly welcoming staff assisted us, turning a typically problematic situation into a delightful experience. Dining here was delicious, and the staff made us feel comfortable and well-cared for. We highly recommend booking accommodation at this hotel with half board."

"The room: the sheets were too short; no shelves in the cupboard and only 3 hangers. The cupboard was filled with pillows and duvets, so no space at all for our luggage. We had to live out of our suitcase."

"Nice small hotel with a beautiful view on a lake and mountains. Rooms are comfortable and our was quite large as for 2 people. Personnel is very kind and helpfull. Mills were tasty, fresh and very good. There is a small beach with sun umbrellas and sunbeds avaliable for the guests. Price relation to quality and comfort is excellent. Lake and mountains around are spectacularly beautiful."
