"أقمت في هذا الفندق خلال رحلتي إلى أوريكا، وكانت تجربة تفوق التوقعات بكل صراحة. الموقع مثالي وسط الطبيعة الخلابة، والمناظر الجبلية تحبس الأنفاس. الغرف نظيفة ومريحة، والمرافق ممتازة وتلبي كل الاحتياجات. ما يميز هذا الفندق حقًا هو طاقم العمل. كل فرد كان مثالًا في الاحترافية واللباقة، خاصة الأخ حسن الذي قدم لي مساعدة استثنائية وجعلوا إقامتنا أكثر راحة وسلاسة. الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والابتسامة الدائمة كان لهما أثر كبير. أشكر إدارة الفندق والطاقم بأكمله على الخدمة الرائعة، وأنصح به بشدة لكل من يبحث عن الاستجمام والهدوء في أحضان الطبيعة."

"This is a very nice place. You have a panoramic view to the valley and the mountains. The stuff was very kind and helpful."

"Sadly when I arrived they were experiencing a power cut, this was everywhere, so not easy to charge phone or batteries… but no fault in their part. Room was small but functional with excellent hot water and ok shower. I ordered an evening meal of beef skewers and fries which was very good."

"As most hotels in the area they need to get a credit card machine for card payments. This can be very frustrating"

"Lovely terrace with valley and mountain views. Nice big room. Really friendly and helpful staff."

"Top Ourika is right on the river. Food was delicious, staff went out of their way to help. We left for an early flight at 8am and we're still given breakfast. Staff helped organise a driver to go up into the Atlas mountains, this was stunning and a special experience."
