"نظافة مكان الاقامة بالاضافة الى الذوق الرفيع في اختيار نوع الاثاث المتناسب مع طابع البناء و الثقافه. وجود شطاف في دورات المياه. الجو الأسري داخل الرياض و معاملة جميع السكان ككونهم اصحاب الدار من احترام و تقدير و مساعده. وجود خدمات الانترنت."
"بحكم موقع الرياض داخل المدينه العتيقه كان من الصعب الوصول لموقع السكن. لكن كل الشكر و العرفان للاخوه في هذا الرياض حيث تم التواصل معهم و اتو الى نقطة التقاء تم تحديدها و قدموا المساعدة المطلوبة في ايجاد موقف للسيارات و المساعده في حمل الحقائب و الوصول الى مكان الاقامه. انعدام شبكة الهاتف الخلوي في الدور الارضي."

"The room was not very clean, as under the bed you could see pieces of concrete (ongoing works in the riad right now). To enter the room one has to bend, as the entrance is on the stairs, thus not suitable for elderly travellers. Mold on the bathroom shower curtain. We also didn’t get the pillowcases. Pretty noisy as the walls are really thin."
