"Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. My partner was sick towards the end of the visit and they were extremely helpful, even providing some bread and tea and cancelling trips last minute without charge. Breakfast was great and the room was very comely."

"Unbeatable location, right on the main street of the Old Medina, 5 minutes away from the Blue Gate. The riad is traditionally decorated, immersing the traveler into the moroccan life stile. Staff is very friendly, they even helped us with an early breakfast on our last day. Our room was big, beds comfortable, bed linen spotless. We had hot water in the shower. No heating system in the room (we knew that at booking), but they helped with a gas heater in the evenings (that was really appreciated)."

"We stayed at Riad Dar Iman as a family of four with two kids (6 & 9) in the Deluxe Family Room and had an amazing experience. Ahmed and his team contacted us 48 hours before arrival and arranged airport taxi pickup. Despite our flight being 2 hours late and arriving at 1 am, we were warmly welcomed with tea and snacks. Rooms were spotlessly clean, serviced daily, and breakfast was luxurious and delicious. The team arranged excellent tours to Atlas Mountains, Moulay Idriss, and Chefchaouen at very reasonable prices. Every evening we returned to tea, coffee, chocolates, and warm milk for the kids—we truly felt treated like kings. Perfect location in the heart of the medina, just 3 minutes from Blue Gate. Outstanding hospitality—highly recommended for families."

"The dine in and reception was nice and cozy. The breakfast was delicious. Ahmed, Abdul and Yousef were really helpful in planning day trips from Fes. Would highly recommend for families. Location wise it’s absolutely comfortable for venturing int medinas and eateries."

"Ahmed was always available for friendly conversation, advice, assistance, and plenty of tea! The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was filling and delicious. The bathroom needs some renovations, but the room was good value for money while it's awaiting work to be done. We would happily recommend it to anybody wanting a good base to explore Fes"

"This is a very traditional Riad. The living room is very spacious and beautiful, with many handcrafted hand-painted doors. The rooms are large, the quilts are sufficient, and there is plenty of hot water. Ahmed and his brother were both very polite and friendly in receiving and helping us. The rooftop offers an open and expansive view. They are gradually renovating the hotel step by step. I'm already looking forward to my next visit."
