The breakfast was delicious and generous, keeping us full all day. Paid parking is just a five-minute walk outside the medina. Would really recommend it as an authentic and budget-friendly option in Fès."

"We have had an excellent stay. The room was spacious and clean. The location in the center of the medina is unbeatable, the staff was friendly and willing to help and the breakfast... I highly doubt there are better ones!!! Totally recommended!!!"

"From the very first moment, we were warmly welcomed by Amina and her husband. The breakfast was simply delicious, genuine, and complete (eggs, fruit, cheese, olives, sweets). The mint tea was always amazing: the best we’ve ever had. Both Amina and her husband were attentive to our needs and kindly did everything they could to help us. Shukran! The beds were very comfortable, and it truly felt like being part of the family. The location is also very central! Highly recommended!"

"Amina and Abdila were wonderful hosts, Dar el Arfaoui is a spectacular traditional old house with really beautiful artistic features. The place was easy to find, a great location, very clean, everything functioned perfectly, and the breakfasts were the best we've experienced anywhere in Morocco. For sure we'll return to stay in Dar el Arfaoui again."

"The place looks really authentic with remarkable architectural details. The lady who runs it is extremely kind and helpful. It is not luxury type riad but we really appreciated its character. It is well located - close to Fes's old town market but also close to secure public parking which was handy as we traveled by car. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful."
