"When was freezing (minus 17 C) the room temperature could be better. However I didn’t inform the staff, as a hot bath could solve this problem."

"beautiful building, included, SPA and Fitness, nice included breakfast and good restaurant, friendly staff. baggage lockers available. nice location - about 15-20 min. walk from Old Town center and nice area with lots to do around. SPA has one steam sauna, one dry sauna and a jacuzzi."

"a smell of old was pretty evident in the corridors, rooms were equipped pretty minimally - mini bar had only water, only 1 chair, very limited coffee and tea. slippers had to be rented separately. a small shoe mat would be helpful at the room entrance. In the fitness room the running machine didn't work."

"Very bad faucet without proper thermostat ( room 213) ,so the water is jumping in between very hot and very cold. Very unpleasant experience and hopefully will be fixed asap, as it’s the basic thing should work properly."

"Modern spotless hotel, really friendly staff. Great restaurant and spa facilities. Fantastic location for walking into the old town, surrounded by restaurants and bars. Very quiet hotel at night. Good breakfast with plenty of choice."

"The only thing that would have been better was if there was a mat area in the room to keep our snowy boots , as the floors were beautifully tiled. Also, the breakfast could have been a little hotter, but we noticed this was a common thing in this part of the world."

The hotel is conveniently located near the Old Town and tourist attractions, along with well-developed infrastructure, shopping options, and more. Parking is available and can be reserved in advance, which is very convenient. The hotel staff is pleasant, polite, and positive, and they speak several languages. The room is spacious and bright, and the bathroom is stocked with hand and body gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body balm. The breakfasts are very good, and in the evening you can have a dine or relax in the cozy hotel lobby. Thank you all for a wonderful stay and positive emotions!"
