"Great location, and everything was easy to understand. Communication with the host was fast and smooth. The apartment was simple, clean, and warm, exactly as we expected."
"For the future, I would suggest just a few small improvements that could make an already lovely stay even better. It might be nice to replace the kitchen sponge between guests, as it felt a bit worn. Also, using refillable hand soap instead of single use bottles could give a tidier impression, especially when the bottle is almost empty or damaged. In winter, a small mat inside the front door would also help, since shoes bring in dirt and it is not very pleasant to step on it after a shower."
