"The best in the village. Paul the owner is amazing.and loves his industry. The bungalows are so comfortable and well appointed. Bed was the most comfy in Laos. We could not fault anything. View from the hammock on the balcony outstanding."

"This place is magical. It is suited in the beautiful nature, when you wake up in the morning you only hear the birds singing. But the same time you are the city center in a few muinutes. I love the community style. You are allowed to use the drinks and snackbar anytime and on the base of trust you pay at the check out. I arrived from germany, and without any more costs, a late check in was possible. The owners were very nice and helped out with any questions. I definitly comming back and I warmly recommend this place!! ;-) Thank you."

"The mountains scenery and the serenity of the place make Le massif de Laqlouq an ideal getaway. During our stay, we felt we are well taken care of; the staff was constantly checking upon us and assisting us with any request."

A perfect, relaxing destination.

"It was lovely staying in a traditional house in Kakopetria & being able to hear the river from our room. A lovely breakfast of cereals, toast, eggs, cheese, yoghurt, olives & cold meats (if you eat them) was provided. It was in a great location in the old town."

The bed was a bit soft for us, and it would have been nice to have a rug on the cold floor - we were there in March.

"We just had a 3 night stay here. The cottage is very unique - little rustic with a lot of character . We enjoyed the full kitchen and were able to cook great meals and enjoyed eating outside on the large wrap around deck. You feel like you’re in a treehouse and very secluded. Yet you’re very close to the beach and town. We loved the big spacious bathroom and having hot water was a bonus! Jac-Luc was a great host and communicated well ensuring we were comfortable and had what we needed. We felt it was great value for money and would recommend and we’d stay again."

Restaurant choice was very limited but food was good

"I loved the calmness, convenient location and very supportive team. Cyril made sure I had the best experience in Victoria falls. He also helped me with all my activities and recommended great places for me to eat at or visit. The place was great with all that I needed, fully equipped kitchen, delicious breakfast etc.I will add my ink and voice to the rest of the travellers to say this hideout is highly recommended. Thank you Cyril and Team. I made it safely Back to Uganda and will ensure you have more visitors from Uganda 😃"
