"جميل جدا الفندق صاحب افضل اطلاله شفتها تقدر تتواصل مع الطبيعه من الشرفه المطلع على الغابه والقرود وشلال مياه جميل 🤩 النظافه جميله الاستقبال والموظفون رائعون ومتساعدون خاصه الشاب ذو اللحيه الخفيفه الي ساعدني بحمل الحقائب متعاون جدا جدا يوجد به spa جيد نوعا ما واخيرا لا انسى افضل اطلاله دورة مياة رأيتها في جميع سفراتي 😍"

"يبعد مسافه 5 دقائق باتوك توك وتقريبا 20 دقيقه سير بطيء عن وسط البلده صعوبه النزول والطلوع من الاستقبال للغرفه لايصلح( لكبار السن ابدا ) او ذو الاحتياجات الخاصه ويجب التنبه اذا يوجد معكم اطفال لان الفندق يقع على جبل لاكن لايلامون فيها"

"- Amazing views from the restaurant, rooms and pool - Very comfortable stay - Easy to walk down the hill into town where there’s lots going on (bars, restaurants, cafes, great walks) - you can also walk back up the hill if you are feeling fit, or jump in a TukTuk!"

"We loved our stay at Serenite. Our room was very comfortable and the views from our room were outstanding - we couldn't believe how beautiful the scenery was. Serenite has a spa so we booked some fantastic massages, and enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast at their restaurant. Very easy 10minute walk into Ella town centre, or you could take a tuktuk to get you there within minutes. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Ella!"

"The views were stunning, every room is set up to take advantage of the views and best of all the restaurant at the top. It has hot water and a comfortable bed. Offers meals, drinks and spa service."

"The view is stunning, can’t get much better. The rooms and bathrooms are lovely. Breakfast was one of the best we had while in Sri Lanka. The staff were friendly. The pool is small but nice and amazing views. The spa and massages were great. 100% recommend this hotel."
