"سخان الماء في الحمام لم يكن يعمل سخان الماء الخاص للمشروبات الساخنة ايضا فيه عطل وحصل التماس كهربائي خفيف يحتاج صيانة او تبديل حتى قابس الكهرباء يحتاج صيانه الغرفه ضيقة لايوجد ادوات النظافة ماعدا شامبو وشاور جل كنت اتمنى لو يوجد مسبح بالمكان"

"Very friendly and helpful staff, good quiet location (nothing around really but close from the city). Nice swimming pool. Fairly spacious rooms."

"Too much noise from the construction work of the extension. Sound insulation isn’t really great. It’s a shame because it’s a quiet location, but noise comes from inside. Could also benefit from a light renovation as the room was a bit damp."

"It looks good, but lack of hanging for towels. Tv not really functional. About 15 minutes tuktuk into central Kandy, easy to get there but more tricky twice the price to get back."

"The property is in a quiet neighborhood away from Kandy’s bustle and chaos. The staff incredibly nice and friendly and made us feel super comfortable and valued during our stay."

"The room is fabulous and the common areas are beautifully laid out. Peaceful night sleep . Breakfast was lovely - simple soft drinks were not available when we stayed. The pool in the main picture isn’t of the Rivora residence it’s across the road and is barely accessible because of hours of opening."

"Just the fact felt like we were fooled by the picture being on a different premises I didn’t really like that. Even if it is just short stroll across road . We asked at 2 could we use it told it was being cleaned and then it closes at 6x"
