"The host Shri was incredibly kind and welcoming. He even showed us the best places in the area – we had such a great day including ziplining, rafting, and visiting a beautiful waterfall with an infinity pool. It’s also the perfect place to start the hike. The place itself was very peaceful, clean, and comfortable. Whenever we had a question, Shri was always happy to help. A very warm and personal atmosphere – perfect for backpackers but also great for guests of any age. See you again!"

"Great location just 50m from start of hike to Adam's Peak. Friendly host who gave tips on possible places of interest to explore in tea plantation after our arrival to hostel. Dinner is available with extra payment, convenience as then no need to go to town to look search for dinner."

"Hot water seems to be not running or maybe it would take a while, but when i took shower the evening on arrival day, hot water doesn't work. Other than that, nothing to complain, good place to stay."

"The location! It is so convenient and only 3 minutes walk to the beach. The staff members are so lovely there and they always accommodate our request even in the very last minute. Sisira is so nice and very generous with the guests! Tubi the Shih Tzu is absolutely a star and made our stay so pleasant! I would definitely recommend Sritaly Inn to anyone!"

"The staff here are very friendly. They come to the airport to pick us up. That helps a lot. And also room is ready when we arrived, A/C already opened. And the breakfast taste good. Also the location is very convenient. Very close to fish market. You can walk to there."

"Perched on a height above the main road, this property offers a quiet retreat while still being conveniently close to the town centre - about a 10-minute walk, or a quick tuk-tuk ride if you prefer. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped, with a refrigerator, kettle and a standing fan. There’s no air-conditioning, but honestly, in Ella’s pleasant weather, you won’t need it. One of the best moments here is sitting out on the verandah early in the morning, sipping your tea while listening to the gentle chorus of chirping birds - pure bliss."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Yaye Guest House. Shantha is a genuinely kind and thoughtful host who clearly enjoys welcoming people into his home. He prepared very good meals and generously shared his knowledge about the garden, the plants and the many birds that can be seen around the property. Our child felt comfortable straight away. Shantha took the time to play in the garden and show him small things around the house, which made the stay extra special for us as a family. Yaye Guest House is a calm and friendly place, and staying here added a lot to our time in Tissamaharama. We would happily recommend it to others looking for a personal and authentic stay."
