"The caretaker was cooperative and easy to reach out. He also offered complimentary tea."

"Wifi signals were very low in my room. I used data inside room and wifi in common room. Comforter also was quite thin as nights were cold after rain."

"The staff gentleman is very kind and helpful. I bought pineapple and need to cut a sclean. He helped me prepared dish, water, knife, and even some salt and Sri Lanka spice. He is so considerate."

"It’s such a quiet and peaceful place by the beach, great for either the start or end of your holiday because it’s a 45min drive from the international airport. The bungalows and pool area/gardens are wonderful to relax in. The home cooked food in the evening was really lovely! We enjoyed our two night stay here."

"Wow what an amazing stay. We stayed here for 4 days before our flight back to the UK. Sampath and his lovely wife Sharmila and their son cared so well for us. A nice home. Amazing breakfasts for guests staying. Laundry service. Nice size room and very well situated. Secure parking for our motorcycle."

"We stayed just one night but wish we stayed for two. The view from the verandah of the bungalow is just spectacular – three stupas across the large lake in front of the property. The bungalow itself was very comfortable with just three bedrooms. We booked one room and since the other two rooms were unoccupied on that day, we had the whole place to ourselves. They have got new mattresses which were super comfortable. It’s not super-luxury but very tasteful and clean. The toilets are huge and with hot water. The bungalow keeper Mangala and his asst were also very helpful and made some delicious Sri Lankan food. Highly recommended."

The Bonus, there was not a fridge in the room so we asked if it would be possible to have one and within an hour they delivered a brand new one and set it up at no extra cost!!!! amazing and a massive thank you all."

"A nice cozy hotel viewing the ocean. View is really great, palm trees, swimming pool, the ocean. It's situated out of main street of hikkaduwa, about 7 min ride by tuk tuk. Bring your adapter for the charger or you can buy one on the shop across the street. Near there are 2 great restaurants that we can recommend: A2, and the coconut club. The personnel is very friendly, always ready to help! I can definitely recommend this hotel."
