"Very practical with a kitchenette and all essential facilities. Bed is comfortable and the apartment is clean. Staff are helpful and nice. A good option for longer stays. Practical also for its location with good small shops and take away in the proximity. Balcony with hanging garden give a cozy atmosphere."

When there is no intenet and you dont want to get charged with an international call it is not convinient. They could just jave a small ring bell for the receptionist to appear"

"Location is great! Staff is an absolute blessing (especially Mr. Mahmoud). The housekeeping staff are very pleasant. The room was received very clean, and they constantly kept it shiny. Mr. Joe, the owner of the hotel, agreed to extend my stay until very late due to complications with my flight and asked for no further charges! Honestly, I never had such a good experience in a hotel in 4 different countries. Will definitely be coming back here for every Beirut trip."

One notable inconvenience was the hotel's policy of accepting only cash payments, with no option for credit card transactions. In today's digital age, many travelers rely on credit cards for convenience and security, so having this payment option would undoubtedly be more accommodating to guests. Another area that could use attention is the condition of the towels and bed sheets. We noticed that they appeared worn and outdated, which detracted slightly from the otherwise pleasant ambiance of the room. Investing in new linens would not only improve the aesthetic appeal but also contribute to a more comfortable stay for guests. Lastly, Noise Concerns Due to Adjacent School, the noise from the school during school hours was disruptive. The sounds of children playing, school bells ringing, and occasional outdoor activities created a constant level of background noise that could be heard from within the hotel premises. Although this noise issue is beyond the hotel's control, it is worth noting for prospective guests who prioritize a serene environment during their stay. It would be beneficial for the hotel to inform guests about this potential disturbance upfront or provide accommodations in quieter areas of the property. While these are areas for improvement, they did not significantly impact our overall impression. With a few adjustments, such as introducing credit card payment options and updating linens, has the potential to provide an even more satisfying experience for its guests."
