"The hotel looked new. Hence, clean and they had fantastic staffs at the reception. They were super friendly and supportive during our stay. The hotel is located in a not so touristy area so I liked that sbout it too and the restaurants around it were all very cheap but good."

"The breakfast spot that they had was cute. However, you need to bring toasts and your cereal back to your room and sometimes, these things weren't always there. So you have to ask for it. But I personally did not mind it at all."

"It was clean and the staff was very nice! The bed was very comfortable too. And because of the location it was relatively quiet"

"무엇보다 정말 친절하셨어요. 그리고 쾌적하고 좋았구요. 아침까지 포함된 가격이라 감사히 잘 먹었습니다. 그런데 이왕이면 1층 로비에 있는 커피 머신이 아침식사제공되는 장소에 있으면 더 좋을 것 같의 고려해봐주세요. 다른 건 모두 대만족입니다. 또 울산 갈일 있으면 호텔 치즈 이용할 겁니다. 아참... 침대에 전기담요를 깔아서 침상만들기를 해두어서 정말 지져가며 푸욱 잘 수 있었는데... 이런 서비스는 여기에서만 받을 수 있는 것 같아요."

"Excellent location in the historical district. You can walk to main tourist sites. Many restaurants around. Can catch bus 10 or 11 to get to the tourist attractions further away. You can rent hanbok for free for 1 hour and wear them around the village only. Staff are friendly and speak English. They show you the room and explain how everything works. Luggage storage is possible. The room is a good size for 3 people. The bathroom is modern. You can't flush toilet paper to avoid blockages. Overall, we enjoyed the Hanok experience."
