"Competent and friendly reception staff. Quick service, personalized room assignment. The receptionist also asked about any special requests, and i ordered two large bath towels for me. The deluxe room, at 35 square meters, was more than adequate."

"Everything was ok. The hotel organized transferm from the airport, the personel was polite and receptive. Nurcan (the boy from the restaurnat) was exceptional."

"The location was perfect because it is situation away from the main road but generally still accessible to the main city area if you call a taxi. If you are keen on walking you can also do about a 50 minute walk to the city center that's what we did sometimes. The hotel team was amazing and we enjoyed talking to them in English very much, they were very helpful overall. You can also see the mountain range from the roof-top located on the 8th floor. Definitely worth it if you love taking videos and pictures. Breakfast was fine we just found that there was a lot of dishes with eggs in different forms lol."

"The shampoo, soap and body wash provided was not good at all, take it from someone who is not picky with such things when traveling and just buy your own at a supermarket. I think there may have been some new room attendants but it seemed they had tried to organize my personal belongings while we were out because I saw that things were not where I placed them before I left. Better to leave personal belongings as they are :)"
