"المكان جميل جدا جدا بيت ريفي نظيف ومنظم ومتوفر فيه كل شي من ادوات طبخ ومناشف وملاحف وكل شي تتخيله .... اهل المكان اهل ابتسامه وكرم يقدون لك كل ماتريد ويعطونك معلومات قيمه عن ام قيس وعن الاردن كامله طبخوا لنا المنسف الاردني بشكل لذيذ جدا وفطور بلدي رائع"

The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and cared for down to the smallest detail. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable—what more could one wish for? "Our stay in Rousan House was beyond our expectations. During our stay, Mr Sadam treated us like family more than tourists, in which he used to quickly respond to any of our questions or needs. Rousan House would give you that comfortable vibes as your own home would. Despite the fact that Mr Sadam offered this house for renting, the money was his last concern as a traditional noble man that he is. Additionally, Mr Sadam's wife made the most delicious meals for us with THE best price all over Umm Qayis. We highly recommend this House whether for a trip or working."

"More comfortable than average hotel rooms. It's genuinely clean, cozy and spacious in comparison. Good value for money for what you can get in jordan. The host was helpful and kind. The village is charming. We hiked and enjoyed the views... it a good place to come to relax and do sightseeing."

Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über alles was man braucht und die Familie ist sehr respektvoll gegenüber der Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste und trotzdem jederzeit ansprechbar und und behilflich. Wenn man irgendetwas braucht, kann man Saddam immer kontaktieren und er reagiert unmittelbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist auch optimal. Wenn man nicht zur Ausgrabungsstätte laufen möchte, kann man auch jederzeit einem lokalen Bus anhalten und bis zur Stätte mitfahren."
