"ممتجع مناسب للعوائل شقق سكنية .. انا زرته في اول اكتوبر كان الجو رهيب وامطار وبراد يقع في غرب بحيرة جاردا وكان نقطة انطلاقة للبندقية وفيرونا وريفا دي جاردا .. سعر بطل ونظيف ومتكامل .وقريب منه سوبرماركت Euro spin, Lidle منتجع امن العاب اطفال حدايق مسابح صغيرة موقف خاص لكل شقة .. الشقة نظيفة بمعنى الكلملمة ويوفروا لك ادوات النظافة ودوراة المياه والشاور ممتاز السرير مرييح جدا ولديك مثل بلكونة خاص لكل شقة .. مكان يشرح النفس من الاخر"

"الواي فاي يصير ضعيف ويتقطع بعد الساعة 8 م وقت الذروة- The Wifi if not stable and disconnecting at evening period (when all people back to their apartments) I was in room E2 - لو امكن توفير غسالة في الشقة او على الاقل خدمة غسيل ملابس وتخبرو النزلاء عنها If you could have washing machine in thr apartments or at least provide laundary services and inform your guests about them"

"Clean apartment with spacious terrace and furniture for eating and relaxing. The terrace had the exit to the garden and just few steps to the swimming pool. Swimming pool is well maintained and was a real joy for our children. Since check-in we received the number of the dedicated sunbed with umbrella, so there is no worries that you won't get if arrive later to the pool. The resort territory is comfortably organized with possibility to park beside the apartment. Some sport activities like yoga and volleyball are planned for the whole week for the customers. Also there is a view of lake Garda from the pool zone. We're nicely suprised with the goodbye gift wine while check-out."

"Additional fee for the air conditioner. Welcome box with sponge, cleaning wipes, dish washing liquid and garbage bags. These items should be as a must in the apartment with the kitchen. It's strange to receive it as a welcome gesture - welcome to clean again during your vacation 😄 We felt lack of some essential things that add extra impression for the customer that he'd feel comfortable during his stay: standard electric kettle, at least small amount of coffee, paper towels, trash bin and more hooks for towels in the bathroom. Yes, some of it might be bought by the customer, but as you travelling around and staying just for a few nights, you don't want to buy and carry with you all kitchen amenities. Also there was a requirement to sort the garbage to 4 different kinds, but only one trash bin available. Very poor wifi, uncomfortable double bed with very stiff pillows, it seemed that I sleep placing my head on the stone 😄"

"Very nice and spacious complex, with well-equipped apartments and very helpful staff. The only downside was the sofa — the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable for sleeping and sitting due to the steel frame. The view on the lake was good, but it’s a pity there’s no path to the lake/beach nearby. Apart from that, the stay was very pleasant, and the staff was extremely helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Kasia (Katerena) for her help, explanations, and suggestions — I wish every place had such a kind, helpful, and professional person like her."
