"Beautiful view, wonderful church bells every morning, and a delicious home-made breakfast served with a smile by the owners. And bonus, they waited for us despite a very large delay in our arrival time, and received us with no sign of any discomfort at all. So very appreciated!!"

"It’s such a comfortable place, a home from home. Ernestina goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We love the breakfast and the pool, but also relaxing in the garden. The beds are also very comfortable"

"Our room was main floor and faced the parking lot - smelled a bit old. The photos a bit misleading on location of that particular room. Otherwise nice place."

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything provided and free parking on site. The location is superb - a short walk into the centre of Terni. "The hotel is new with beautiful, spacious rooms and large glass walls opening to lovely balconies. The staff were excellent and very attentive to detail. The cuisine was outstanding, with a great chef preparing delicious dishes, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel also provides well-organized transportation to the ski slopes. Excelent for ski in march!"
