"The staff are amazing! Right from check-in they brought us a lovely hot lemon tea after our long delayed journey. The Indian food at dinner was delicious and the welcome chocolates to our room was a nice touch. The service was like staying in a 5 star hotel! They even brought us hot water bottles for the cold night. The room was nice and the garden lovely to sit in. Also a very scenic walk to tea plantations and the Sri government gardens."

"We had stated at the property for 2 nights and it was great. It's a very scenic place, ideal for couples and families, and working couples to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking views. Their restaurant menu is limited, however the food they serve is tasty and authentic flavour. The staff is very courteous and excellent service., especially the manager Sanjay who is very welcoming and engaging. The place is calm and quiet too."

"1) Do not take the mountain view room. The garden view room is what you need to take here. 2) The ventilation in the Standard room is a little poor. 3) Only the mountain room and the garden rooms are pet friendly. However, the staff was very accommodating when it came to our requests with the pet. They allowed our pets in the standard room."
