"Reception staff were grumpy and slow. Took them almost 30 minutes to check me out and they made me pay the bill before I saw the invoice. No drawers in the room so I had to live out of my suitcase for the duration"

"Jairam at breakfast room was always very helpful and approachable. Deepak at the gym was very helpful too! Overall very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Thanks."

"More stock of coffee and tea sachets in the room. Room keys needed to be renewed everyday as stopped working. Please consider variety of classical music or instruments in breakfast area as there was same flute music everyday."

"Secluded location with amazing views. A great place to chill out with family and friends. The staff were excellent - very friendly, helpful and available. They arranged a car and driver for us to visit the local beaches and sights. The food at the restaurant was also very good and the menu was varied enough as not to become repetitive. The staff put on a great BBQ and cake for our daughter’s birthday. Having the pool to ourselves was really good too, and the kayaking trip was much enjoyed."
