"Fabulous place to stay in Agra. Beautiful bedroom and a great breakfast. Staff are all amazing. The pool area is fantastic although we weren't there long enough to use it! Enjoyed breakfast after a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal it was perfect. Thank you."

"Everything! Could not find fault. Beautiful old historic hotel , well maintained. Full of character that most hotels lack. Very good value for money & polite & helpful staff. In 24 visits to India this is my favourite hotel"

"Very well appointed rooms. A very comfortable bed. The pool was a great bonus in the hot weather. We ate two evening meals and a lunch - the food was delicious. Breakfast was a good spread - best to ensure that it’s included in your tariff. The staff were very responsive to a couple of requests. We enjoyed the live music in the restaurant."

"Shower door didn’t shut properly. Rather awkward locks on doors especially if you have only one hand free and it’s dark!"

"Its a lovely old style hotel and such a gem. We needed a doctor and the staff arranged that for us. Although by Indian standards it was very expensive. That said he prescribed what we needed."
"We stayed for one night, we asked several times for a hairdryer without sucess. There was also a large wedding on at the hotel which disturbed us into the early hours and we were leaving at 5am so only got a few hours sleep"
