"The Merchant House was brilliantly located in the town centre close to amenities. The house was charming, warm and welcoming. I had to book the house at short notice and the price for the house was very reasonable. The host was very helpful and I appreciated being able to contact him when I had questions."

"Beautiful location close to booming little village with great shop and take aways. Really how with how everything went. Logs and coal for the fire were great. If I was being cheeky I would have asked for a little more coal as it was only enough to light the fire for two of the five nights. Absolutely gorgeous apple sponge cake and soda bread and butter and biscuits left out which was a really welcoming touch. Wifi and tv were perfect. Very clean. Over all lovely stay if you are looking for a country/seaside break."
