"Everything was absolutely perfect. The owner is such a lovely and caring lady, the restaurant has great food, the room was comfortable and spacious, nothing to complain about. The localization is great, lots of free parking spots, never had any problem with finding one. The beaches are really nice, no need to travel and looking for anything else. There are two grocery shops nearby and a bakery with very reasonable prices. Honestly, the day we had to leave was heartbreaking. Hoping to be able to come back :)"

"Very Nice Host and we arrived late and asked for some food which was not a problem, Room size was superb and the view was amazing over the Harbour, we loved the small Town and loved the feel of the place just 10 minutes from Split Airport."

"A visit in this beautiful quiet town is worth it. Big room with huge balcony. Nice host. Parking onsite was ok for motorcycle but not secured but this town is so quiet that I had no worries about it there during the night."

"Very clean apartment with very comfy bed. The host was super friendly and helpful in any way. The apartment is only 10 minutes on foot from the old town. It's very quiet at night."

"Responsive owner, who lives downstairs.. Anything we asked was not a problem. Assisted us with airport transport both ways with competitive price and being reliable. Very friendly, greeted us with home made wine, gave us fruits from the garden. Really helped when my child got ill, didn't make an issue when we asked for help. Owner explained how to get it to property, operate blinds etc. Supermarket 10 mins walk. Beach 3 mins walk.old town 30 mins walk."

"Duće/Omiš is my favourite destination but it was for the first time I spent time in Villa Ivanišević and I was very satisfied. The room was well equipped. The balcony doors are equipped by roller shutter. The house is near to the beach. There are also a lot of restaurants and beach bars nearby."

"Good price for a private room. Having use of the balcony was ideal. Fridge and heater in the room. Basic shared kitchen facilities in the hallway - cutlery/kettle/microwave. Two toilets/showers was ideal in case one was occupied. Sweets/tea left by the host. The location suited me, walking distance from Old Town and Lapad but may not suit someone who doesn’t like walking/steps, I didn’t use the buses so can’t comment. Towels/wifi provided. Close to supermarkets."

The apartment was clean and comfortable and there was ample parking available. The city centre is within walking distance and there are shops nearby suitable for basic groceries shopping."
