"The service of the staff is a bit hit and miss. Although they are all very friendly, I big majority of the staff is I believe in their 20s (even early 20s) and some of them obviously lacking seriousness and professionalism. Still most of them are great, but for some there is an impression that they are getting by simply by working in such a “no fault place”, where everything around you will eventually make up for their lack of experience. It’s if you don’t ask directly you won’t get an information, like me talking to my 9yo when asking why he didn’t tell me he has a school trip in 2 days and his reply is because I haven’t asked."

"Hotel is still truly a five star hotel, one of the best in Croatia. Exceptional location delicious food in Bava Greek restaurant and Matsunoki Japanese restaurant. Great fitness facilities with one of the best Croatian fitness trainer Marin Perić"

"I come to Bellevue four years in a row but this year I must say the service is little less quality then year before. For example, during dinner table beside us ordered ice tea five times before they got it and during breakfast we asked for bottle of water and waited it more than 30 minutes. They got many new personnel who don’t speak Croatian and poor English. Highly recommend not to change staff every year. I know it’s not easy to do that"
