bungalow needs refreshing

"The owner or staff of his hostel was very frendly and did everything to welkom us and serve us. The hotel is also in the center and behind are many nice cafés."

"I had a small room with a toilet and shower (it's what they call "a bangalow") for myself. It was okay but don't expect the luxury."

"Lovely staff, really informative and kind. The hostel Backpackers was clean, comfortable and nice inside and out. Absolutely brilliant location - close to bus stops, Cuba Street, good eateries and has all you could need in the Backpackers. A fully functional kitchen, a lounge where you can chill with your buddies, board games to play, a nice outdoor deck. I also like the fact they had a female only bathroom downstairs. The showers were excellent, too!"

The bedroom I stayed in didn't have a lock that worked on the door, which was a bit concerning. I don't love that.

"A very nice and atmospheric resort. Beautiful surroundings. Lots of parking spaces. There is a gazebo on site where you can barbecue and spend a nice evening. Additionally, a small playground for children. The rooms are very clean. Two toilets and 3 shower cabins per floor."

"أعطيت الهوستل 5 نجوم و هو يستحق ذلك. الهوستل نظيف جدًا و العاملون به ودودون للغاية . يقع في اهم شوارع العاصمة اندورا لا فيلا و حوله كثير من المواقع المهمة و المطاعم . ان كنت لوحدك فهذا الهوستل اكثر ملائمة لك . شكرا للموظف خوان و بقية العاملين في السكن. سأعود مجددا"

"This is a very nice hostel with extremely nice staff members and very comfortable beds. I was quite fortunate that I had an entire room to myself due to my visit being in January (the quiet season). The common is also very nice and the beach is very close by. Overall, this hostel is excellent value for money!"

While it is great that this hostel is right next to the beach, it is a little bit of a walk from the main train station (around 20 minutes). It also gets a little confusing when it comes to how to get to the hostel when crossing the bridge. These are only minor things but worth mentioning, especially if you are walking from the main train station.

"Such a great experience! Came a bit worried by the reviews, but since Mama Fifì is back the house is very clean and well managed. Rooms are simple, but it was such a pleasure to share a house with a real local landlady and spend some times in a real Huahine household, with whom we shared dinners and good moments. We were just three guests in off season, experience may be different when the dorm is full. A bit isolated, renting moped advised, but they deliver there too, and walking distance to water access and incredible beach hikes."

"We stayed in the private apartment a few blocks from La Comarca Hostel. It has everything you need - comfy double bed, an en suite with large shower, and a well equipped little kitchen with a stove, toaster, kettle. The whole vibe was very stylish, modern and clean. All the staff were lovely!! I said it was my partners birthday before arrival and they had put up balloons and little treats for us! Although we didn’t stay in the main hostel, it had a warm vibe when we dropped by and we were allowed to leave our bikes down the side of the hostel for a few nights while hiking. Overall, highly recommend!"

My room was very cold. Even though the landlady turned on the heater earlier than she said she would, it still didn't help much.

"I had seen some of the reviews and I was a little worried going in as I have stayed in other hostels by the same company in different locations and they weren't- great. But I was so pleasantly surprised. Friendly and helpful staff, no bugs, clean room, not noisy. I was only staying there for one night but I was so happy, the bed was super comfy (and i was really lucky as nobody else had booked in my room!) Facilities worked great and it was close enough to the German border that I literally walked across!"

There was no soap in the bathroom but I'd seen other reviews saying that so I brought my own 🤷‍♀️ Bit of a trek from the city centre but honestly it was no bother.

"Quiet area just off the Main Street. 10mins walk from the beach. Clean, cozy and chill vibes. Conducive environment to interact with other guests as well. Friendly hosts who provided great information on surrounding attractions."

"The staff were amazing! So friendly, and helpful. There was milk provided for the guests which was a bonus as I always bring tea bags with me, so saved me a walk to the shop. The location was brilliant and the hostel was very clean"

The only issue is that I’ve stayed in similar hostels, but the price was nowhere near as expensive. I know it’s in Zurich, but it’s still a hostel.
