"As everywhere in the world, in the hotel business, it’s always the people who make the real difference - and here, the staff is truly exceptional. Everyone was polite, helpful, and ready to assist with any request. I had to wait a bit for my coffee in the morning, but that’s totally fine since many guests were ordering at the same time and there was only one barista. I still got exactly the coffee I asked for, along with a fresh orange juice. The receptionist was also very kind and helpful. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Overall, a lovely experience!"

The walk to to the beach is not bad it is right across the street however it is not a main beach so make sure to have water shoes. we didn't swim there and walked down to the area's with most of the resorts. That is a solid 20-30 minute walk one way. The only issue with walking was that if you want restaurants they are down there so having a car would be more convenient.

В бунгалото има миризма на мухъл, в банята мирише неприятно. Кърпите и чаршафите не се сменяха докато бяхме там, трябва да си носите от вкъщи.

"Lisebergsbyn was an excellent site to stay at during my recent visit to Gothenburg to attend a two-week course. I stayed within the most basic cottage category, that does not include a bathroom inside the cottage, however I was pleased with the accommodation provided. I stayed at the site during the peak of the winter, with temperatures reaching -17*c outside, but I was never cold inside, with more than adequate heating being provided in both the cottage and the service buildings. The site is located nearby to Welandergatan Tram Stop, providing convinient connections into Central Gothenburg within twenty to thirty minutes. I particularly appreciated the dishwasher inside the service building - it made cleaning the dishes an ease!"

My stay was great overall, but there were a couple of small things that I think could be improved upon. Firstly, I feel that the Laundry Room was a little bit pricey – costing 120 SEK for 2-hours use. Secondly, I noticed that there was room for improvement in the cleaning of the floor in one of the two cottages that I checked into whilst staying at the park. My final point is it would be great if instructions could be provided on how to adjsut the temperature in the cottage, as it was preset to 25*c on arrival, which was a bit too warm compared to the temperatures I am used to from my home country (the UK). I did figure how to change the temperature eventually, but only after one or two nights of finding it a bit too warm to sleep properly.

The food quality should be improved a lot, both at breakfast and in the restaurant. The swimming pool board is made of wood, which gets very slippery: both me and my child fell and got hurt

"It is a really quiet site and nestled perfectly within the trees which made for a relaxing holiday. Loved the location being a short distance from the beach. There was easy access to local towns and there was a free bus service outside the camp. Staff were really friendly and did their best to keep the site in good condition. Chalet was as expected, a little dated and basic with it's comforts but given the price point we were not expecting luxury. A huge positive was that there is good distance between chalets meaning you do not feel like you are cramped next to other guests."

Only minor points, the bins at the top of the site were often overloaded. This isn't a criticism leveled so much at the custodians of the site. I thought that other guests should be more mindful and respectful of how they are disposing of their litter. I felt that the laundry should be open for longer hours especially as there's only one washing machine for all the chalets on site.

The view is stunning, and the atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature. I left feeling completely recharged. Can’t wait to come back!
