"The house is comfortable in a quiet location. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short due to a medical issue that needed regular treatment in town—no fault of the host or house."

A car is needed as there are few facilities close by.

"The location is handy to town if you do not have a car it is a quick 5 minute walk to the main centre. It had all the necessities for our stay. We loved the deck and how quiet it was. The rooms were comfortable and having mesh windows reduced the mozzie bites. The images of the property are exactly what we you get when you hire this beautiful place."

Would have been great to have air con in the back room but the heat was manageable.

"We had an amazing stay at Escapes Residence in Cape Maclear. The breathtaking views, modern amenities, and exceptional staff exceeded our expectations. Even though the host was not physically present, his constant online communication ensured everything ran smoothly. A truly stunning experience. We absolutely loved it!"

The owners were VERY helpful and organised a place for us to store our two SUP boards by the beach. We didn't have to move or pump them up every day. THANKS On-site parking. "*We loved the renovation especially the extension to include a glass dining room/summer room. *Having 3 bathrooms *The privacy *Gardens *Location to the bus stop into Andorra la Vella, walking distance to the gondola and village centre. *Beautiful views especially from the summer room. *Plenty of cleaning products beneath the kitchen sink *Plenty of room for our group of 10 adults *Great communication with the owner. We would definitely stay again and would love to give a 10/10 marking. To do this going forward we would not want to encounter any issues with those noted below. Plus one suggestion would be for wood/pellets for the fires to be offered at an additional cost."

*On arrival only one clear entry to the property. The side garden by the parking space needed a clear pathway of the snow and the steps up from the front garden needed a build up of mud clearing off to level them and again a clear pathway of snow leading from the end of the Princessa Park pathway that led to the garden. *We had an issue with some of the bed pillows having seen better days, however one little message to the owner and they were replaced with new ones. *NO WASHING MACHINE as advertised. This created an issue as two guests brought limited clothing with intentions of washing their clothes on holiday. *No toilet brushes - really unpleasant if the toilet bowl needed cleaning.

"Amazing place- very special. Large accommodation. Loved having ac in the bedrooms. Well equipped. Lots of wildlife in the garden, we woke one morning to a whole troupe of howler monkeys in the tree above our house and we were able to sit in the lookout area and watch them. Great location - very close to beach and cafes. Owner responsive and helpful."

Kitchen equipment could do with a bit of a refresh - eg chopping boards. And it's more expensive than anywhere else we stayed - but it was totally worth it, we loved it.

"Clean, and a cleaner came each day, the roof terrace was amazing, lots of space. I was a bit concerned about previous reviews about lack of heating and hot water but the place was warm and we didn’t need the heaters provided, shower water was hot which we needed for the long treks in the surrounding mountains. I could have spent a lot longer here."

"We were welcomed by very friendly hosts who were very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The accommodation is in a beautiful location with a very nice outdoor seating area overlooking the mountains. We are sure this will not be our last stay."

"Everything was excellent to the host that meet us at the property very friendly and helpful the accommodation and facilities where great I couldn’t rate the stay any higher I will definitely be returning great value for money in a great location"

"Location is only a few minutes walk from the centre of town. The property has a small but private garden with sun loungers, etc to use when the sun shines. We had a detached lodge with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, open living, dining and kitchen area downstairs plus downstairs toilet - so the accommodation met our needs nicely. When it got cold the landlord came by and asked if we needed the heating putting on and showed us how to do this, which was thoughtful."

The landlord gave a lot of very exacting instructions on the use of the facilities in the property, which made us a bit nervous about using things incorrectly or potentially breaking anything!

"L'accueil de la propriétaire qui était présente et qui nous a fait faire le tour des lieux, l'accès à la piscine même si nous n'en avons pas profité hélas!!! et pour notre départ nous avons pu laisser nos bagages sur place ce qui nous a évité de les avoir pendant la dernière journée."

Il serait bien qu'un minimum pour le premier petit déjeuner soit proposé ce serait top et peut être un peu plus de vaisselle comme on peut y être entre 4 et 6 personnes c'est un peu léger.

"It was wonderful. Ximena our host was just the best. We loved the pool and the generous outside loungers and seating areas. It being March and the crazy hot season, the pool water was like bath water! The location was fantastic. Everything was beautifully clean. It was lovely to have our own kitchen, which was generously stocked up before our arrival. There was nothing to fault. We loved our stay here."
