"Goid sized room and big bathroom. The bed was comfortable too. Harbour view is partial as they say, but quite generous - the ICC building, M+ and Hong Kong Cultural Centre are all clearly visible. Staff were all lovely, and special mention to Janet for her fantastic work!"

"Loved the style of it. The view was really impressive. Loved the location. Slightly away from the madness of central but excellent and easy transport links. It was my birthday and the staff kindly arranged a cake which was a nice touch."

"It was our second stay in this Hotel. The Hotel is nicely located on HongKong Island just 5- 10 min to walk to star Ferry. The Breakfast is good, Coffee excellent."

"The New Moon Room is very small. Good for 1 pax only. For a modern looking hotel, the toilet is lacking a bidet and USB-C outlet. Lifts are also slow. Reception is on the 5th floor which make checking in/out troublesome."

"Staff not very helpful or too friendly. Annoying to figure out how to operate everything in the room. Where is AC, how to turn on or off things etc. Harbour view is really very minimalistic due to the position of the bulding"

"The reception, concierge and housekeeping staff were very pleasant / welcoming. A special mention to Concierge Simon who helped "locate" our Uber on our departure. Spacious room with clean amenities, comfortable bed and great view."

"Breakfast was disappointing. We felt the nuts and cereal that we had were stale, however the hot offerings, which most people were having appeared OK. As breakfast was only A$1-extra per day in our 3 night stay, we didn't make a fuss and had breakfast elsewhere on our remaining days. The breakfast staff were very nice."
