"The location is amazing. Grocery store very close by. It's cozy. Large room and clean, comfortable beds. Rachelle was amazing. Went beyond by providing some did you know?... sound of falls in pool was soothing. Kitchen facilities clean and complete with all needs. Yes I would come back in a heart beat."

Pool abit dirty and not clean completely. I would add ice machine or an available freezer for our ice. Lack of close by restaurants is a bummer.

The breakfast could have been better and beds were hard. But all the beds are hard in Laos, and this place was good value for money so no complaints.

"Lovely owners who are caring and helpful. They kindly provided a few names of local tour guides. Nice shower. Good kitchen. Quiet. Close the town."

Intermittent electricity due to poor infrastructure in Mount Hagen. The room is outside off a veranda so when it rains and the wind blows you might also get wet when going inside to use the toilet. I would have preferred a firmer mattress and slightly larger room.

Bathroom was a bit drafty, can be a bit cold when you shower. Tap water is slightly salty

"Located in a quiet, idyllic location near the town center, it felt like a little retreat every time we returned home. It’s a spacious house which keeps cool due to the tiling and multiple doors you can open. We didn’t need air con in September. We could close the gates so the dogs couldn’t get in, this allowed the kids to play outside. The three year old was so excited to have swings. After time in the outer islands we really needed to freshen up, so the showers and washing machine were helpful. There was good amounts of drying space, the kitchen was fully functional, and we were given our space to enjoy our holiday."

Tonga is super basic so expectations of any accomodation need to keep this in mind.

"Excellent quiet location for visiting Constantia and the Hout Bay area. Beautiful view towards the sea. Well equipped and very spacious."

We stayed in the main house which has huge windows overlooking the pool so not at all private. There were often workers milling around in front in the morning. Lack of a private outdoor dining area. Shame there's no balcony on the bedroom side overlooking the sea.

The walls are thin and I could hear the neighbours, but no biggie.

"Wonderful to be the only guests staying in the hotel, it felt special to have a chef come in to make our meals, which were very good. We had our dog with us sge was showing in a competition on site, she was welcomed and as we were the only guests she sat in the dining room with us. She was very relaxed and the next day came 1st in her Breed. We will return for another event soon."

Perhaps the bedroom could have been warmer.

بوسط حارة يعني صعب المشي بوسط الحواري والشارع مافي حركة ابد مشي ماتمشي ابد يصلح تجيه في الليل وتنام وتروح مطار لانه بعيدة عن الفعاليات والاسواق والكفيهات

"Hostal is in a very quiet location. There is a lot of space around to park the car. Room had a perfect hard mattresses, was very clean and air condition worked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

We liked it all.

"البنسيون جميل بطابع ريفي هادئ .. الغرف واسعة والسرير مريح ودورة المياه نظيفة والدش منعش .. الفندق بدون تكييف وكان ذلك مناسب لنا .. الافطار كلاسيكي لذيذ تتوفر فيه بعض الخيارات .. مواقف مجانية وهذا مهم .. جلسة خارجية جميلة مقابلها حديقة صغيرة .. الموظفون يعكسون ثقافة الشعب التشيكي الرائع .. دائماً مبتسمون ودودون ويحبون المساعدة .. الكوفي يتوفر بشكل مجاني في الفندق .. الطريق إلى وسط القرية جميل وفيه الكثير من الأشياء الجميلة التي يمكن أن تشاهدها .. هناك محل صغير أعتقد صاحبه ياباني فيه ما يحتاج إليه السائح .. شكراً لإدارة الفندق على تعاونهم"

"If you're looking for a quiet place, Villa Serenity by the Water is where you need to go... and yet, it's just a throw of stone away from shops and busy places... as for the breakfast, I must say I've enjoyed the sweetest omelette ever, accompanied with a selection of fruits/yoghurt/toasts... exactly what I needed to start my next journey on the right foot !!!... apart from that, rooms are large, very well quiped and nicely decorated... making your stay real enjoyable !"

I found it a little difficult to adjust temperature in the shower as it is a sophisticated model with thermostat... but had I stayed longer, I would have asked for advice and I'm sure I would have mastered the issue !

From the very first moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome – everyone was so kind, friendly and attentive, which created a really warm and relaxing atmosphere. The views were absolutely beautiful and we could truly enjoy and admire them during our stay. It made the whole experience even more special. Both the dinner and the breakfast were delicious and the overall standard of the hotel was excellent. Everything was very well taken care of and we felt really comfortable throughout our stay. It’s a fantastic place for a relaxing getaway and we would happily come back again. Thank you for such a lovely experience!"
