"The hotel staff members hospitality far exceeded my expectations. They were polite and assisted with easy questions and suggestions. The hotel provides your basic needs for stay at an affordable rate. I suggest to travelers coming from the US to manage your expectations and just enjoy the experience. Our room had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths which is exactly what we needed. We did not use the kitchen to cook but we used the fridge for our beverages. Larry and the ladies (all of them) were fantastic."
"If you need to use an iron, bring a travel one. The hotel only has one and it is shared. So plan when you will use it and you need to return it right away. There are no blankets, for those that like to snuggle under covers. Don't ask. If you are cold natured at night, pack one. Pack washcloths (is you use them). Go easy and be patient with the wifi. The pool view from the balcony is cool but during our stay, there were so many bugs in it, it was hard to enjoy. The water was extremely cold. When using an uber to get to and from the hotel, tell the driver you are going to the Jamaican Restaurant across the street as the smaller hotels are not known. Memorize the name of the restaurant. Use it as your focus point. Breakfast is NOT included with the family room, though one day we were served."
