"This hotel is a real gem. We came back to Kutaisi for a second night and were very lucky to be able to stay at this hotel again. The room is huge and features a nice balcony. It is super close to the center and the staff is nice. The bed is also very comfortable."

"The hotel would deserve an 11/10 score, it is like entering a dream home of a different decade, the room is huge and extremely nice, the bed is very comfortable and the balcony is very cozy. The location is also perfect, vefy close to the city center. The host is also very nice."

"В квартире было очень уютно как дома,было все необходимое для проживания ,посуда ,фен ,тапочки ,стиральная машина ,кондиционер ,и всякие разные мелкие принадлежности . Важно то что возле квартиры находится много всего ,магазины ,обменники ,пляж 10 минут пешком ."

"Excellent location for travelers by car. Easy to find, a lot of parking space. The center is in 5 minutes walking, but unfortunately we didn't have time to explore Chiatura itself. The location of the city is as far to Katskhi, as to Sveri. The apartment is big: it has 2 bedrooms each for 2 people and 2 couches in the dinning room. Each bedroom actually has 2 beds pushed together. Very pleasant, polite and very helpful owner. She knows at least 2 foreign languages (english and russian) and answers questions very carefully. Also she agreed to give us 2 keys (it was important for us)."

"Great little guesthouse with good location, I would definitely stay here again! The best part was the view from my room, just breathtaking. I was welcomed by the host and felt right at home. The host and his mother are very friendly people. My room was super comfortable and cute, bathroom was clean and the shower had good water pressure, and the balcony was amazing. There's a cozy living room where you can meet other travellers and a well-equipped kitchen with free coffee and tea. Wifi works well and I was able to get some work done on my laptop. I was here during off-season (end of March) and really enjoyed my stay. Even during colder months there are some hikes nearby that you can do. :)"

"We stayed 6 nights in the spacious clean room. The room heater works well. There are 2 rooms in this building and the Host comes every morning to prepare a big delicious breakfast. She prepared some different dishes each morning. Kitchen has pots and pans for cooking. Dining table has a shared kettle and is a great place to sit for a relaxing meal."
