The Riverside

"It was right by the bus stop! We were greeted by happy friendly staff in every area! At first we felt a little daunted by having to order breakfast online, however after being shown how.. it was easy to follow and submit and breakfasts appeared as if by magic!! The evening meals were really 😋 good especially the seafood chowder and chefs ginger ice cream! I might need to visit Boscastle again very soon..!!"

"The property is beautifully located alongside the river in the heart of the old harbour. Everything has been thought of to make for a great stay and the home-cooked food is absolutely superb. All for a fair price, too. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED."

"Checkout is 10am which is early on a Sunday morning if you fancy a lie in and a cuppa in bed, you can pay extra to check out at 11:00 am but I feel this should be standard. Other than that everything was perfect."

"Nice room in quirky building (quite a few steps to get to our room in case you struggle with those) Nice view from our bedroom window - we were in room 3. The bed was very comfortable. Good location in Boscastle."

"The lady was pleasant enough but lacked warmth. I didn't enjoy my scrambled eggs. We had to pre-order our breakfast the night before on an App, but the full breakfast did not list the ingredients."

"Superb location, excellent service, staff friendly and helpful, food was very good, beds very comfortable and room spacious. Excellent communication, and we really appreciated the call to check in early. The cobweb car park was close by and reasonably priced. Excellent base for exploring the area. We will definitely be staying again in the future."

"Though everything was clean, the toilet was a bit low, and the bathroom could do with a bit of tlc. The Tv was a bit small for the room size, and the main light could do with being brighter."

"Lovely spot right in the middle of the beautiful village. We were given a great recommendation for a pub for dinner, as this early in the season they weren't doing dinner themselves."
