"Great location, great food, clean and spacious bedroom. All the staff where great and really friendly. I think it was Elaine who kept us up to date with our arrival being around 7pm. Bar staff where great and Teresa was a star at breakfast as we where down close to finishing time and she and the chef managed to get a cracking full breakfast out for the 6 of us."

"Comfortable, clean and quiet room. Really friendly staff and the breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant was excellent and good value for money. Convenient car park."

"Having moved away from Leven in my early teens ( and frequenting ' The Caley' on Saturday nights as a youngster), I was dismayed by the run down High street which is in need of a bit of tlc. The hotel itself and the location ( very near a function I was attending) was excellent however and I would certainly make the hotel a base for visiting the area again."

"We got upgraded to the big family room. The bed was good (much better than on the earlier stay two weeks before). Very good cleaning, with a good understanding of the needs of the customer in mind. And a well organized and delicious bag with breakfast on the early morning of leaving (departing before breakfast time). The great care of the wonderful owners."
