"الفندق مجدد ولم يكن كبير ولكن في قمة النظافة وطاقم الاستقبال بشوشين ومتعاونين ومناسب للعائلات وموقع الفندق في مكان بارز وسهل الوصول إليه. البهو / اللوبي أنيق وراقي ويوجد جلسة خارجية تابعة للفندق جميلة جدا خاصة في وقت ما بعد الظهر. المطعم أيضا مرتب بشكل مريح للنزلاء، والدخول أيضا للمطعم منظم وفي غاية الأخلاق والترحيب. طبعا الإفطار يعتبر على النمط الإنجليزي محدود. (English breakfast) الغرفة مكيفة ونظيفة جدا ومرتبة والأثاث جديد وبالنسبة للحجم مناسب لزوجين، الشراشف واغطية المخدات نظيفة وناصعة. الحمام في قمة النظافة، ودفع المياه قوي، والمرحاض نظيف ومعقم، منطقة الاستحمام/ الدش مريحة. الفوط نظيفة وجديدة. خدمة الغرف ممتازة. الغرفة مزودة إبريق مع مستلزمات إعداد الشاي، بالإضافة إلى مكواة وطاولة. الفندق مقارنة بفنادق بريطانيا يعتبر متميز. المنطقة هادئة وآمنة ويوجد بقالة جيدة مقابل الفندق مباشرة تابعة لمحطةالبانزين."

"بصراحة لم يكن هنالك شيء ازعجني، ولكن هنالك فرص لترقية مستوى هذا الفندق من ناحية التميز. حبذا لو تم ترقية أنواع المخدات، وكذلك إضافة لبادة(mattress pad) فوق مرتبة السرير لكي يصبح أكثر راحة. من الجميل لو تم وضع قنينة ماء بجانب مستلزمات إعداد الشاي. حبذا لو كان هنالك ثلاجة صغيرة في الغرفة، كذلك حبذا لو تم إضافة بعض من مستلزمات الحمام. حبذا لو تم التنوع في الأصناف المقدمة للإفطار."

"There were no robes in the hotel rooms and also ordered breakfast to be served before 7 which never came and without any explanation or whatsoever, left without eating."

"This is a lovely hotel. Staff are really helpful and can’t do enough for you. I arrived early and was able to check into my room an hour before advertised check in. The spa facilities are nice if a bit tired - the pool was quiet and you could swim easily. The steam room needs a bit of an update. The main bar area is lovely and comfortable and drinks are reasonably priced. No real queue for service. The whole hotel is very clean and modern (save some parts of the fitness area). The room was generally very nice and clean."

"The bed was really uncomfortable. Not firm or supportive at all. I’m not sure if it was just my room but could definitely do with replacing the mattress. Felt like a mattress topper has been added to break old bed/ mattress. I got into bed and thought I was going to be getting onto a lovely firm mattress like even cheaper chain hotels have and got a shock!"
