"This is a modern, roomy, warm, well kitted out house, with a stunning view of the Gulf of Saint-Florent. The view from the windows is absolutely stunning; keep an eye on the sun set. The house is set in a forested estate, with loads of birds; we spotted a Common buzzard and Eurasian sparrowhawk more than once. The location is far from any road and lovely and quiet day and night. The house is well laid out, using it's space efficiently, and contains all modern cons. The windows in the main room can open 2/3 upon nice days. Communication with the nice and polite land-lady was smooth. They left us some toilet paper coffee tea pepper salt olive oil etc, which we replenished afterwards (of course). It was mid winter, and the airco doubles as an efficient heater. Both bathrooms are equipped with electric towel heaters."
