"The apartment was very well located - close to lake ( plage de Marquisat) and is only a 10-15 mins walk from the old town. It was also very spacious and has all the amenities, including washer dryer and lots of toys for our 5 year old. The apartment was new and clean, with comfy beds. There was also parking in the garage. It was perfect for our week long stay in Annecy."

"The living room seemed a bit small and the furniture took up a lot of the living room. As the apartment is in a new development and the address is new, it was a bit difficult to find it at the beginning. It would have helped if the owners/agents provided some additional information/instructions on how to find the apartment, before we arrived."

"L'appartement était très bien équipé, propre, bien décoré. Meubles de qualité, je comprends la caution préventive. Il y avait même un piano dans le salon ! Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous avions un garage fermé pour la voiture. La vieille ville est à 10-15 min à pied. Aucun souci avec la caution. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine."

"Les conditions de paiements paraissaient un peu étranges, entre la caution et des frais de linges non inclus dans le premier paiement de réservation (frais payables entre la réservation et l'arrivée sur place). Je tiens à préciser que le personnel a pris du temps pour m'expliquer tout ça et qu'au final, tout était correct mais ce n'était pas forcément clair à la réservation."

"The river at the end of the garden and all the provisions to get out on it! Franck has set this up so well. There were plenty of canoes for us as a family of 4 to get out and enjoy the river. Plus all you need, paddles, life jackets etc. Also very handy location to get out into the forest for some bouldering. Very quiet and peaceful location. The TV was great and the WiFi was reliable."

"The owner - Francois, was very hospitable and friendly. We enjoyed sampling his homemade products very much. La Nichee is well situated and is in a beautiful setting. We would definitely like to return."

"Appartement is in zeer goede staat, ruim en comfortabel. Balkon loopt rondom waardoor je altijd van de zon kan genieten. De keuken is wat gedateerd maar alles is aanwezig en functioneert prima. Ligging is zeer goed, bushalte voor de deur, supermarkt en bakker op 3 min lopen, piste is 5 min lopen, dokter aan de overkant van de straat. Les Gets is gezellig en druk, zowel overdag als 's-avonds, met 3 min lopen sta je op de drukke straat met veel restaurants en winkels."

"Molt confortable perquè està molt ben equipat (la cuina fins i tot té raclette!) i molt ben decorat (plantes incloses), de manera que sembla que estiguis a casa. Té un estil decoratiu personal, així que els diferents espais són molt atractius. Als nois (12 i 14 anys) els va encantar dormir en una planta per a ells i tenir una sala de billar! Està situat al bell mig del casc antic de Foix, al peu del castell, ben bé com diu el nom."
