"The location was the main factor. In the heart of the city but very quiet. Within walking distance for all main Paris must do places. No need for public transport. There were some minor issues during stay but were dealt with super efficiently buy Annaa. The kitchen is OK - dont expect to do any major cooking, but surrounded by bakeries, restuarants, cafes and bars. Nice and warm. Opening the front door - push the key as you turn and opens fine!"
