"Great location within a few minutes of the fish quays and town square, and with a Carrefour supermarket on the doorstep. Off road parking was very convenient and collection etc of keys simple with clear instructions. Comfortable apartment, nice and quiet at night but delivery lorries servicing the rear of shops and restaurants use the parking area and can be pretty noisy early in the morning."
"Could do with some sharp knives in the kitchen, patio chairs covered in algae, need proper cleaning or replacement. Not really sure what the cleaner does, all the normal things seem to attract an additional charge. Only 1 and a little bit of a used toilet role, not really adequate for length of stay."

"The instructions, sent me in advance, by the owner were clear and understandable. Also there were tea bags and coffee capsules and some species, and pasta. It was very nice!"

"Wonderful house in a great location. Great, responsive and helpful owner and concierge. House was very well equipped and super comfortable. Loved the terrace for dining which was off the kitchen. Fantastic pool/garden/sunloungers. Adored the house/pool/garden so much that we only went out once as the surroundings and kitchen made us want to be 'chez nous', though we did get out and do lots of sightseeing. Also really appreciated that sheets and cleaning included as this impacted on our choices of property we would look at. Just can't recommend Les Mazades highly enough. Not one bit of negative feedback. It's a big 10 from us."
"Everything was very good: the house, the location and the host, who was extremely helpful and quick when we asked for a new hairdryer, as the one in the apartment did not work. We were there for 3 nights, with two children, and I would strongly recommend this apartment. It has also a small but efficient kitchen, a microwave and kettle."
"Villefranche & Nice, as I'm sure you know, are lovely places and near to other lovely places. The apt was very clean, Sandrine was lovely, easy access, balcony was nice, facing the sun tho couldn't see the Med, bed was comfy, tho' might be too soft for some, bottle of wine to greet, very quiet, nice vibe. Brilliant rain shower. Free secure parking a big plus. 3 seater sofa was nice for lying down reading."
"The location of the apartment was fantastic, maybe not for everyone as it was a 15-20 min walk into town, but for us it was great. Either the coast road or the town route were easy. The views over the palm trees to the sea is stunning and the apartment is large and roomy with a large balcony."
