"The apartment was perfect. Very compact but had everything needed. It wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues but my daughter loved the staircase to her bed. Hallway and stairs leading to the apartment is currently undergoing redecoration so it was a bit dusty and unsightly but we don't mind as the apartment itself was lovely."

"My new favourite hotel - every detail is thought of. I mentioned we would have a dog, when I checked in and was showed my room, there were two dog bowls (one with treats in it!) and even a dog bed. On top of that, I had fresh fruit and a handwritten note welcoming me. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and genuinely want to ensure you get the most out of your stay. Large, very comfortable bed and curtains that actually black out the light for those who, like me, love a good lie-in. I only ended up staying here as due to a storm was unable to take a train home and what a lovely surprise treat it was that I booked an extra night. A HUGE thank you for all of the team who made this a memorable stay, I will be back!"
