"La propreté et l’emplacement sont de très bons points pour cette appartement"

"Malheureusement l’isolation est pas très bonne on entend chaque véhicule passer dans la rue ainsi que dans les couloirs Il faudrait si possible y mettre un reseau wifi"

"Mooi en smaakvol ingericht appartement. Heel comfortabel. Goed bed. Mooie badkamer met föhn. Heel netjes en schoon. Centraal gelegen, met een bakkertje en supermarkt op loopafstand. Makkelijk zelf in en uit checken. Goed contact met de eigenaar en duidelijke instructies. Keukentje met benodigdheden. Nice TV en balkon."

"'S nachts was het erg warm, een airco of ventilator zou welkom zijn. Het is gelegen aan een drukke straat, dus als je slaapt met open raam hoor je het verkeer 's nachts. Helaas geen wifi."

"Yamina and Guillaume are brilliant hosts. They are very welcoming, helpful and friendly and we are delighted to have met them. Yamina is very quick to respond to messages and queries which was great. The apartment is self contained within their beautiful and historic house in the centre of Nerac. It was clean, comfortable, very quiet and well presented, ideally situated for our five day stay in the town when we attended a wedding at a local chateau. The garden is pretty and the swimming pool delightful. On Saturday morning we walked through their gates to enjoy the market that filled the town centre. Local shops are a five minute stroll away and there is a Carrefour supermarket within a short walk too. There are several excellent bars and restaurants close by to choose from. We would highly recommend this apartment."

"The building is an old converted farm building, and has been finished to a very high standard. We had our own little patio and BBQ as well as access to the family pool and hot tub. The pellet burning stove was very efficient and warming. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious."

"Emplacement calme. Le jardin a l'air très agréable quand il y a du soleil.. ce qui n'a pas été le cas, mais personne n'y peut rien. La maisonnette est agréable, bien décorée, bien équipée. Un peu compliqué de trouver une place de parking mais le voisin est charmant."

"Joanna was a lovely host! Our dogs were also very welcome and they were allowed to run through the garden and visit Joanne in her home. The accomodation was spacy and wel furnitured. The bed slept very well. We planned to stay one night, but decided to stay longer since we felt very comfortable there. Breakfast was in the fridge so we could eat it whenever we liked to. We could ask for more if we wished to. We will come again definately!"
