"Very good location, good connections by tram and buses with airport and other parts of cities. Ana is super friendly and gave us great tips for what to see around Nice. Apartment is a small, but have everything you need and terrace also."

"I loved the location and simplicity of the property. Easy access to everything. The studio has everything you needed for a short stay. Very efficient with the available space. Beautiful view of the ocean and relaxing balcony. Small kitchen for simple meals, pull-out bed for space which was very comfortable. Lovely place, thank you!"

"Well equipped and designed. Perfect location near the promenade, the old town and lots of nice restaurants. There was also a supermarket selling absolutely everything just beside the studio. The host Anna was lovely and helpful."

"Philippe and Rachel were the best hosts, really going out of their way to help us. My wife was sick and Rachel brought honey and tea, and Phillippe showed me the neighbourhood on a walk with our dogs. The place is spotless and beautiful, with all the facilities you need - one of our favourite places we've stayed!"

"This apartment is located in the heart of Nice! The beach is a 15 minute walk away. A bar street is a 1 minute walk away. If you like to have a drink before going to bed The landlord was very welcoming! He recommended many beautiful sights and delicious restaurants for us! Special mention should be made of the fact that the kitchen and bathroom in the apartment are very spacious. This is rarely seen in French apartments. My family loves this place. You would be hard pressed to find such a great affordable place to stay in August. We are planning our second year to be able to stay here longer! For the price of rent in Nice in August, the apartment is unbeatable! Thank you for everything"

"This was a lovely little stop over on our way from the Dordogne to Calais… we had a lovely welcome. Thé facilités are great if you need to cook or prepare a meal. The pool looked very inviting although we didn’t have the time to enjoy it . The room was well presented and clean , the shower was great! The continental breakfast was a lovely touch as we needed to head off early and was left at our request in the kitchen area for 8am, warm pastries and fruit, it was lovely , on tap coffee or tea!! We would definitely return again."
