"Before booking, I read the recent reviews and saw that Audrie on 20 Oct and Merlie on 26 Oct both mentioned there being coffee and tea and sugar. This makes a difference for me. I don’t want to have to put such items in my small back pack when staying for two nights only. I was therefore very disappointed to find NO coffee, tea or sugar and when I asked the lady who let me in, she didn’t smile whilst she told me there was a supermarket around the corner. It seems some get whilst others don’t and this soured my experience. No water bottle provided either. No great when we are trying to reduce plastic waste."
