"The apartment is very clean, stylish and close to the seaside. The views from the rooms are breathtaking - the one from the bedroom is on La Falaise d'Aval and the other one on la chapelle Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde. You can hear the sounds of waves and seagulls from the apartment. The location is perfect - on the street with many shops and restaurants, just a few steps from the beach. Above all this: comfortable bed, washing machine + different detergents for washing, a lot of lamps to create a comfortable ambiance in the apartment. There is a cozy cafe-restaurant Vert Olive on the ground floor of the building, where we had a delicious welcome coffee after arrival. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay at Étretat! Many thanks to Lila for this experience."

"We had communication with the Owner in the WhatsApp. We have shared our location, when we started moving from Nice to the apartment by train. The owner was tracking our arrival and when we were close to the apartment he was already waiting for us. Owner does not speak English, but with modern apps we were able to understand each other. The apartment is quite small, but clean and cozy. Very good location, close to the beach (less than 50m), train station (less than 100m) and shop (200m). Clean shower with good water power, washing machine and also washing liquid was available. In the kitchen we had tea bags, coffee capsules for coffee machine, salt, oil, sugar. Working air conditioners in each room. We were travelling 2 adult and one 8 year old child, in August. We have really enjoyed our stay."
