"Super apartment, very comfortable with everything you need....hosts are so attentive and nothing is any trouble...location is only a 10 min walk into town and a further 5 mins to the beach and beautiful coastal walks.....there is a bakers almost next door open 7 days a week with the best pain au chocolat we have ever tasted......we look forward to returning"

"Studio Centre Dinard has an excellent location in easy walking distance to Dinard sea front with it's quaint Breton houses and three beaches. It also has secure lock up parking, which was a real bonus. The apartment itself is small but well equipped and with a comfortable bed. The host Marc is very friendly and welcoming and also provided restraunt recommendations."

He also very kindly left a bottle of sparkling local cider for us - very nice gesture ! There was everything there that we needed in the studio and it was spotlessly clean . Thank you Marc !"

"Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Le logement est à 10 minutes à pied du centre et de la plage. Le parking privé est un plus. Il faut entrer dans une impasse où il y a un "sens interdit, sauf riverains"."

"Il manquait une hotte au-dessus du point de cuisson. L’escalier reliant la cuisine au salon n’est pas des plus sécurisant. Du côté salon, il y a une différence de niveau entre le plancher de cette pièce et la marche. Cela vous déséquilibre un peu vers l’avant."
