"Check in excellent. Have to pay additional for pets and breakfast but we knew that. Secure parking on site. Next door to a Buffalo Grill which was ok ish but other restaurants in the vicinity. Room was spacious. Shower was good albeit shower cubicle was a bit odd with doors folding inwards."

"A fabulous place to stay. The room is big and comes with clean and modern facilities. Access to a swimming pool is provided. The breakfast was wonderful with local produce, such as organic apple juice, and homemade jams. Parking in a secure garage was offered which is perfect for a motorcycle. A great place to stay for catching your ferry/train the next day. I would love to return. Thank you Sabine!"

"Attractive, historically interesting, location. Reasonably quiet. Friendly hostess. Medium priced restaurant at street level. Interesting, if not entirely functional, decor. Outdoor seating (albeit shared with two other apartments)."

"Le domaine du Bernou est un petit coin de paradis. Nous sommes venu a 15 (9 adultes et 6 enfants). La maison est tère bien équipée, chambres spacieuses avec salle de bain privatives, cuisine équipée et fonctionnelle pour accueillir 15 personnes, Grande piscine peu profonde pour les enfants, barbecue, plancha, table de ping-pong, salle de jeux.... On reviendra avec plaisir!"
