"We stayed at Studio 112 for one night. The position is fantastic, right in front of the Promenade Des Anglais. We were warmly welcomed by the host who also offered us a welcome aperitif. There was everything needed and the apartment was clean. On request it's also possible to reserve the private garage. We had a really good stay and we hope to come back soon"

"Small but perfectly organised apartment with everything you'd need. The balcony is a bonus. Location is excellent - on the Promenade des Anglais, and very close to the tram. Most of all, an exceptionally kind and gentle host who made it feel more like a home than a rented property. I would highly recommend this property"

"We were 2 guest from Republic of Macedonia, first time in Nice. For sure we would like to visit again. Top location, the owner was so kind. Every second day he bring us on front door water and all hygien essentials. it is a first time that I have that experience.. We meet him personaly 3 times and he was alvays interested should we need something, is eveeything ok? Just like to be a guest on a place of family. THANK You Mr Dariush about everything, we felt just like home."

"L’emplacement de le logement est très bon. Au bord du lac. Et la transport public était accessible. C’est calme et tous les équipements étaient disponibles. La propriétaire était présent et il a fait le mieux pour que je sois cormfortable comme chez moi. Il était très agréable et attentionné. Tous les équipements étaient en très bonne état. Le logement était propre. Les magasins sont juste a côtés."
