"The location is very close to many restaurants and cafes and has a bohemian feel to it. So does the apartment with artistic notes everywhere and a creative take. What we liked with this apartment is that not all is perfect yet you have a comfortable stay and we felt relaxed staying and working from there. The area is on the bohemian side. It is lively and has lots of ethnic places for food and cafes just around your door. The area is safe enough especially if you stay on the busy streets in the evening but you do have to be aware not to go to the more quite parts late and avoid stepping over the 11th towards the 19th."

"The hot water stops late in the evening and there is a lot of single glass windows that bring in cold (Host blasts the heating so it is overall ok)"

"It was a „real“ place, a place where you can recharge and a very good place to explore Paris. Wherever you look, you will find wonderful, lovely details that simply energize you. I will come back to this with my wife (she is a big fan of France and she is extremely demanding - here I know she will love it)"

"The house is in a central part of town with easy access to multiple metro stations, making getting around easy. The house had plenty of facilities for a comfortable stay and Nicolas, the host, is incredibly accommodating."

"Reasons why we fell in love with this apartment: - Design: a lot of really cool small art pieces that work together. - Great ergonomics - it is a two stories apartment with everything we needed for week-long stay. - It's very pretty. I guess everything you can expect from a "Parisian apartment". - Kitchen is very well equipped. - Location is convenient for the exploration of the city. - Very quiet, windows overlook only the inner courtyard."

"Great location, with 3-4 different metro stations 5-10 minutes walk away and 10-15 minute metro ride to most Paris attractions. Lots of restaurants, bakeries and so on near the apartment as well. Apartment itself is very nicely decorated and well equipped with all necessities. Plenty of room for a family with two small kids. We agreed with the host to arrive a little bit earlier and leave our baggage at the apartment, it causes no problem."

"We didn't have any major issues with the apartment. One minor thing is it was a little bit cold in the morning, especially for our kids. Maybe in the winter it will require some additional heaters."

"The apartment is absolutely fabulous: laid out and decorated with intelligence, impeccable taste and love for detail. It's a great pleasure just to marvel at the diverse objects that found their home on the walls and in the rooms. Still, the place is not cluttered at all –- and spotlessly clean. Moreover, it is spacious and airy, opening onto a very charming courtyard. It is also suitable for a stay of two people who are just friends (our situation), as the two beds on the upper level are separated by an interior wall and a door, thus offering each sleeper a good deal of privacy. The neighbourhood is very pleasant, ethnically diverse and home to loads of restaurants and bars. The apartment is extremely well connected to all parts of the city by various metro lines in walking distance, the closest (No. 2 at Couronnes) being just 3-4 minutes away. Bus No. 96 may come in handy as well. Last but not least, Nicolas is a very responsive and generous host, très sympa !"

"A minor annoyance (which would not hold me back from booking this apartment a second time !!!): on Friday and Saturday night, the bass beats of a nearby bar were audible past midnight."

"Charmant appartement sur deux niveaux, deux chambres indépendantes et un coin salon/couchage en mezzanine, ouvert sur la pièce principale qui se trouve en dessous. Un peu sonore donc mais cela ne nous a pas gêné. L’appartement donne sur une cour intérieure d’immeuble, très calme. Décoré avec goût, bien équipé. Bien placé, nombreux commerces aux alentours. Nicolas est un hôte attentif et disponible, arrangeant pour déposer ou garder les bagages avant/après les horaires de la location. Merci pour votre accueil Nicolas !"

"Appartement un peu sonore (espaces ouverts, parquet) mais comme nous n’étions pas là pour faire la grasse matinée, cela n’a pas été gênant ! Plusieurs escaliers, il faut être mobile."
