"It is an old building from the outside, but the rooms are newly renovated and both rooms I have had in 2 stays have been the best room I have ever had for the price. I was lucky to get rooms for under EUR70 a night, in other hotels I have paid 2, 3, 4, times more for a room of the same quality. Perfectly situated. My next stay in Nimes will be 100% in this hotel."

"This was an excellent location. Walkable to everywhere. The square in front was beautiful, a small distance from the big square. The rooftop patio was a really nice place for a glass of wine. The room was quite hot, so we had to have the window open which made it a bit loud"

"The staff were very approachable and helpful. We were only a 10 minute walk from the train station. We were on 4th floor and had no problems with the lift. The bed was very comfortable and I was pleased we booked a superior room with a balcony for not much more money."
"The breakfast could have been improved. There was processed ham and cheese, not very flavoursome. The scrambled egg wasn't hot and was congealed. Overall rather dry, even adding some tomatoes would have helped. However, I really enjoyed having freshly squeezed orange juice and the large window area with view. The lady looking after the breakfast room was charming. Not the fault of the hotel but every morning street cleaning machines were a real nuisance."
