"Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location was excellent and very convenient, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and the cleanliness was outstanding. The room was spotless and everything was well organized. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!"

"My husband and I were so pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Our room was very clean, nice and enough room to have our suitcases open on the ground. Nice shower and the towel dryer came handy to do some washing. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows and bedding. We had been travelling for a while and most places we stayed at had not so comfortable beds so this was amazing. We didn't have the breakfast but it looked nice. Location was excellent as well, we walked to Notre Dame and it took use maybe half and hour."

"The location is great, the breakfast was really good, except the eggs, they were cold, otherwise, tasty croissants, coffee, cheese and ham. The people who work there are helpful and very nice."

"No slippers, the small things that make a big difference, making the guests feel comfortable and safe. No fridge, the small fridge would be great because it gives the possibly to buy some stuff and store it in it. Some people who live in the hotel were very noisy, did not like that too, but understandable that this is not the hotel problem, they cannot do anything with that. People just need to respect others more."

"The property was in a good location to either walk or catch the metro to the places I wished to visit. It was really comfortable and had tea and coffee making facility in the room, this is unusual for Paris! Staff were welcoming and on hand for enquiries etc.,"

"My room had two small windows that looked into a space used for ventilation outlets. I had made a last minute booking and so this didn't mater. However if I'd been staying longer I wouldn't have been so happy with the room."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very good, near shops including a boulangerie and nextdoor to a lovely restaurant which I recommend including for a night-cap! The breakfast was a nice mix of options including healthy cereals, dried fruits and fresh fruits. The dining area was small but very sociable."

"The initial room I was given was very dark and smelt strongly of cleaning fluids but luckily I was given a much better brighter (but smaller) room which I was very happy with. At breakfast on day 1 there were no more eggs left, but I managed to have some on day 2."

"Small room and very small bathroom with the shower made it more difficult to organise sleep and mornings/ evenings. Out of Seb & Co hands- one morning road works at 7am right outside the window woken up everyone genuinely thinking it was a helicopter landing to the emergency."
